Salary plus Commission and Bonuses     

Qualifications
  • Bilingual - fluent Spanish speaking
  • Coachability and wiliness to learn with unlimited training and assistance.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
  • Reliable transportation and able to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
  • NO insurance experience required

Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options in English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.
  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to help meet office objectives.
  • Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency.
Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
